I really enjoy my role at Amplifon and aside from the new pay structure, feel very looked after. I feel very grateful for the opportunities this company has given me.

Cons

New pay structure will seriously limit earning potential and it feels like we are no longer rewarded for doing well.

Proactivity is rewarded. Career development is expanding. Lots of great, compassionate people here and there is a authentic sense of community. No company is perfect but I have seen a growth in employee listening, innovation and career opportunities since I joined 2.5 years ago. Strong company mission of "empowering people to rediscover the emotions of sound"

Cons

As any retail business, sales is the dominant priority here. It takes considerable effort to keep PEOPLE at the forefront. Some managers and leaders do this better than others.
