      fast pace environment never a dull moment

      lack of communication within departments, very little appreciation for employees, no one is accountable

      Thank you for your feedback on several areas to improve. We take your feedback on cross functional communication, employee recognition, and clear accountability seriously. We have implemented a rhythm for employee recognition that should facilitate a stronger acknowledgement of the work our team delivers. In addition, we have outlined clearly the priorities for our Company and interdependencies cross-department. This should have a longer term positive impact on communication and accountability - but it is a work in progress. Feel free to raise concerns and specific experiences internally so that we can tackle the challenges as quickly as possible!

      Pros

      Proactivity is rewarded. Career development is expanding. Lots of great, compassionate people here and there is a authentic sense of community. No company is perfect but I have seen a growth in employee listening, innovation and career opportunities since I joined 2.5 years ago. Strong company mission of "empowering people to rediscover the emotions of sound"

      Cons

      As any retail business, sales is the dominant priority here. It takes considerable effort to keep PEOPLE at the forefront. Some managers and leaders do this better than others.
