Pros

Salary always comes on time, even supported every staff during covid 19 lockdown Lots of things to learn

Cons

So many bosses are here every one is taking your reporting HR will listen your problem but will do as the manager decided Polishing is very compulsory here even your reporting manager will also suggest to do so. In clinic priority only given to audiologist , CSO does not value whatever wrong happens in clinic only CSO will be responsible for him and CSO must be ready everytime because any boss can call you and rebuke(you will not understand whats wrong you had done) on you just to relief their frustration. Also a CSO will get leave only if he is really sick and audiologist can take leave whenever they want. No career opportunities for CSO because since last 10 years only one CSO got promoted.

Pros

Proactivity is rewarded. Career development is expanding. Lots of great, compassionate people here and there is a authentic sense of community. No company is perfect but I have seen a growth in employee listening, innovation and career opportunities since I joined 2.5 years ago. Strong company mission of "empowering people to rediscover the emotions of sound"

Cons

As any retail business, sales is the dominant priority here. It takes considerable effort to keep PEOPLE at the forefront. Some managers and leaders do this better than others.
