Pros
I used to like working there, and in the future it could potentially be a good place to work again.
Cons
The current managing director is clueless about the industry. She is running everything with a cookie cutter approach that is harmful to the business, staff and clients. The company is being run into the ground. Every week you are expected to watch a mandatory display of narcissism and self-congratulatory back slapping from the upper management. This takes place during business operation hours, yet they often complain that more appointments need to be squeezed into diaries and time needs to be used better. Hmmm. Atmosphere has gone from a great place to work, to a toxic, and all around generally unpleasant place to be. If something is going right, well done to the management team! If something is going wrong, the underlings must work harder! Pathetic people management. The pay is below industry average, yet everything is now condensed, with people expected to do the equivalent of 2-3 people's jobs for the terrible salary. Organisation and communication is laughable at best. As is the dispersal of business critical information.
