      Pros

      Good people, central location close to major freeways. Relationships between Coworkers is good but dwindling fast, I see trouble in the future

      Cons

      Tech is being outsourced by new management because they don't understand it nor have the capacity to support. End user experience is suffering due to increased wait times and poor support from foreign outsourcing. I left because new IT management was brought on and I quickly realized he didn't have a clue what he was doing. Recipe for disaster.

      Pros

      Proactivity is rewarded. Career development is expanding. Lots of great, compassionate people here and there is a authentic sense of community. No company is perfect but I have seen a growth in employee listening, innovation and career opportunities since I joined 2.5 years ago. Strong company mission of "empowering people to rediscover the emotions of sound"

      Cons

      As any retail business, sales is the dominant priority here. It takes considerable effort to keep PEOPLE at the forefront. Some managers and leaders do this better than others.
