Pros

Very good to their employees. Offer good medical benefits.

Cons

Some departments play favorites, and only hire their friends. It makes it hard to move up. The more you socialize the higher you move up. But the harder you work the less you get.

Proactivity is rewarded. Career development is expanding. Lots of great, compassionate people here and there is a authentic sense of community. No company is perfect but I have seen a growth in employee listening, innovation and career opportunities since I joined 2.5 years ago. Strong company mission of "empowering people to rediscover the emotions of sound"

Cons

As any retail business, sales is the dominant priority here. It takes considerable effort to keep PEOPLE at the forefront. Some managers and leaders do this better than others.
