- Company is passionate about their mission - hearing healthcare - The best benefits package I've ever had (affordable health insurance, good coverage, vested 401K) - Work-life balance is a cultural norm and working late hours is discouraged - They invest in technology - Employees are encouraged to bring new ideas and improvements to leadership openly

Cons

- They do run lean in most departments, but if you like to stay (healthily) busy, this is a plus - They use a lot of different software's that don't always promote efficiency, but hinder it

Proactivity is rewarded. Career development is expanding. Lots of great, compassionate people here and there is a authentic sense of community. No company is perfect but I have seen a growth in employee listening, innovation and career opportunities since I joined 2.5 years ago. Strong company mission of "empowering people to rediscover the emotions of sound"

Cons

As any retail business, sales is the dominant priority here. It takes considerable effort to keep PEOPLE at the forefront. Some managers and leaders do this better than others.
