Cons
Company ONLY cares about money and revenue. Don't care at all about the clients or the devices, once they have made the money they don't care ! Wanting us to constantly harass and pressure clients into buying new devices when they have only recently bought these, instead of servicing the ones they have. Overworked for a terrible pay and expected to always cover/pick up other clinics work load but guilt tripped if you are sick/need time off and told to think of how it affects others. If you aren't making money or budget be prepared to be constantly harassed by management and even if you are making money and hitting all targets be prepared to still be expected to do more/ pick up work for those who aren't. Favourites amongst staff is often picked and this can be used to gang up on people. Good bonus if targets are made but it almost feels like they don't want you to make budget so they don't have to give you a bonus. Company has decided to make as much money as possible and has stinged on all celebration/social event sides of the company to try and make their profit margin as high as possible. The second they don't need you you are then pressured and pushed out of the company by management and threatened with being put in a different clinic (which is not stated on contract and cannot be forced). Extremely toxic work environment where there is 0 care for employee health and you are made to feel guilty and receive calls the entire day on your time off questioning when you will be back!! Even made to feel guilty for following isolation rules. Extremely high staff turnover as well.
