      Colleagues and clients are the main things

      So worried about the truth coming out they blocked me on Facebook and ignored my emails for an explanation or just an acknowledgment of my service. Management. Lack of products and support. Blame culture. Not even a thank you after 20 years service. Constant change, even weekly. Small range of aids, same misleading offers.

      Pros

      Proactivity is rewarded. Career development is expanding. Lots of great, compassionate people here and there is a authentic sense of community. No company is perfect but I have seen a growth in employee listening, innovation and career opportunities since I joined 2.5 years ago. Strong company mission of "empowering people to rediscover the emotions of sound"

      Cons

      As any retail business, sales is the dominant priority here. It takes considerable effort to keep PEOPLE at the forefront. Some managers and leaders do this better than others.
