      Lovely customers & employees that support each other in a unhappy environment

      Cons

      Poor management whom only look at KPI’s & reports constantly. No interest in customer service. Just wanting to sell & once sold products. Forget the customer service. Job role involves hassling former customers constantly to sell too.

      Proactivity is rewarded. Career development is expanding. Lots of great, compassionate people here and there is a authentic sense of community. No company is perfect but I have seen a growth in employee listening, innovation and career opportunities since I joined 2.5 years ago. Strong company mission of "empowering people to rediscover the emotions of sound"

      Cons

      As any retail business, sales is the dominant priority here. It takes considerable effort to keep PEOPLE at the forefront. Some managers and leaders do this better than others.
