Pros

Friendly caring staff but so many changes in management in the time I was there provided no stability for the staff.

Cons

Not enough communications. Had a lot of good people working for them but never had the opportunity to progress. This was very demoralising for those who had worked so hard over the years and were not recognised for this. Low salary and no perks. Very stressful environment and due to many changes customer care was neglected.

Proactivity is rewarded. Career development is expanding. Lots of great, compassionate people here and there is a authentic sense of community. No company is perfect but I have seen a growth in employee listening, innovation and career opportunities since I joined 2.5 years ago. Strong company mission of "empowering people to rediscover the emotions of sound"

Cons

As any retail business, sales is the dominant priority here. It takes considerable effort to keep PEOPLE at the forefront. Some managers and leaders do this better than others.
