      Pros

      I came from a company that saw me as a financial tool. Because I did very well, the expectations were very off balanced with others of the same or higher clinical time, education, and experience and because I am an HIS instead of AUD I was paid significantly less than them. Amplifon DOUBLED my salary AND reduced my expectations and workload. I’m heard, valued, and cared for. I’m encouraged to take vacations and log off when I go home. My work life balance shifted so significantly, making me a whole person instead of just an employee.

      Cons

      There was an adjustment coming on. Growing pains likely but I didn’t find procedures as tight which is an easy fix.

      Pros

      Proactivity is rewarded. Career development is expanding. Lots of great, compassionate people here and there is a authentic sense of community. No company is perfect but I have seen a growth in employee listening, innovation and career opportunities since I joined 2.5 years ago. Strong company mission of "empowering people to rediscover the emotions of sound"

      Cons

      As any retail business, sales is the dominant priority here. It takes considerable effort to keep PEOPLE at the forefront. Some managers and leaders do this better than others.
