Pros

Pay was good. They were not too micromanaging for the short time I worked there. They had just started doing metrics on calls. You average about 30-50 calls per day on a busy day.

Cons

They had me doing inbound, outbound and chat. I wasn't a fan of the outbound, sometimes they were a bit excessive.

Pros

Proactivity is rewarded. Career development is expanding. Lots of great, compassionate people here and there is a authentic sense of community. No company is perfect but I have seen a growth in employee listening, innovation and career opportunities since I joined 2.5 years ago. Strong company mission of "empowering people to rediscover the emotions of sound"

Cons

As any retail business, sales is the dominant priority here. It takes considerable effort to keep PEOPLE at the forefront. Some managers and leaders do this better than others.
