      Pros

      Nice clinic and colleagues Good pay

      Cons

      Very sales driven. Lots of micromanaging and checking in with KPIs weekly by upper management. They don’t even try to hide that they only look at sale numbers and don’t care about client outcomes. Didn’t feel respected as an audiologist when having a sales manager with no audiology background “coach” how to run my appointments and what to tell my clients.

      Pros

      Proactivity is rewarded. Career development is expanding. Lots of great, compassionate people here and there is a authentic sense of community. No company is perfect but I have seen a growth in employee listening, innovation and career opportunities since I joined 2.5 years ago. Strong company mission of "empowering people to rediscover the emotions of sound"

      Cons

      As any retail business, sales is the dominant priority here. It takes considerable effort to keep PEOPLE at the forefront. Some managers and leaders do this better than others.
