Pros

If you live in town, it's great to be so close- it saved me a ton of money on gas when prices were over $5 per gallon, and you get to work with a great variety of people- from union workers to executives, so that keeps things interesting. I've learned alot about how the unions operate, and that's been very intersting, It's also very family friendly, no complaints from management when you need to stay home with a sick kid, or head to the hospital for a sick family member. The hours are very regular for staff members, straight 8 Monday through Friday, and I have had to put very little time in after hours.

Cons

Amports embraces mediocrity in its members of management. In all my working life, I have never seen incompetence rewarded the way it is here. We have numerous members of management who are completely unqualified for the positions that they hold, and despite repeated, overt demostrations of their incompetence, they continue to be employed and even lauded for their performance. It's very disappointing to see such failure in leadership.
