Pros

There are NO quotas like other MLM so there is not the pressure to sell a certain amount of product within a few months. You pay your yearly fee and then work it how you choose with help and guidance from your upline dealer and corporate. The products are GREAT and the business is sound, been around since 1972.

Cons

The profit margin is not as large as some other companies. It is a business and you get out of it what you put into it. Some think that like anything it just "magically" sells itself.

Pros

Small teams to work with and your treated like a person not a number.

Cons

Small departments you don't really go outside of so don't see how the rest of things work and can hinder your job performance if you don't understand what others do.

Pros

The hours are really good on the worker bee level. M-F only. Independent quick moving work that makes the time fly by.

Cons

They have two locations in Superior. The main DC is new, clean, and well staffed. The second location is a 3 person crew that still maintains its original 80s looks. It is like the ugly sibling of the two.
