      Pros

      Good vacation/sick days/floater package, small team environment, not just a robot in a sea of millions. Direct communication with the customers.

      Cons

      Tuff place to be a "manager", out dated computer software, politics, new faces in certain departments affecting the company in a negative fashion.

      Pros

      Small teams to work with and your treated like a person not a number.

      Cons

      Small departments you don't really go outside of so don't see how the rest of things work and can hinder your job performance if you don't understand what others do.

      Pros

      The hours are really good on the worker bee level. M-F only. Independent quick moving work that makes the time fly by.

      Cons

      They have two locations in Superior. The main DC is new, clean, and well staffed. The second location is a 3 person crew that still maintains its original 80s looks. It is like the ugly sibling of the two.
