Lack of cohesive organization and communication between retain and the lab, most of the time immediate management was up to their necks with clients complaining about getting results. Most of the time there is such a long backlog of samples that need to be run and retain doesn't help out. Instrumentation is dirty and maintenance takes at least several months to even address the issue. Management always has to lick the customer's boots regarding results.
