Recent management decisions have impacted not only morale but business in general. Everyone is pretty much leaving or getting ready to leave. Almost no experienced Inspectors due to horrendous working conditions and managers lack of emphaty towards the employees. They are coming up with unrealistic goals and it frustrates everyone.
