Very poor management - Petroleum Inspector Amspec Services Employee Review

Your work in unappreciated,expensive health insurance, Very poor management , even if you work hard and your performance is exceptional, the operation manager will disrespect you and take things personal the first time you disagree with him, then you're fired after 2 weeks. They used the covid-19 pandemic as an excuse to lay off the people they had a personal issues with, and when the work started to get busy again they left those people out without a job and hired new people . So instead of supporting their employees during this hard time they took advantage of them. What a shame on a company like amspec to keep such a manger. Save your time and dignity and stay away from this branch.
