Working here is like the headline says. If you live in the local area you know that there are not many good places to make a career without having to drive 30+ miles one way. The cost of living is low around the area so it is easy to make a good life working here.
Cons
The biggest con would have to be communication. There is no real good way to get notification out to people. Sometimes people will come down with two different angles to do the same job. At the end of the day the job gets done and that's what it is all about.
