Manager level position in operations - Anonymous employee Amway Employee Review

Very strange environment, spent most of their time talking about "relationships", cult like atmosphere. Pay is high, looks like they want people to look past what is really going on behind the walls. Asked about how much amway product is manufactured in Ada, found out most of the manufacturing is for outside contract customers vs amway product for amway distributors???
