Pros
Used to be a great place. They still pay OK but now there is no training, mentorship, and the current employees are disengaged and looking for other jobs. I see talented people coming in and being left to "figure it out" while the leaders themselves have no idea how their staff actually do their job. Leadership is in a constant cycle of hiring outside consultants to tell them how to eliminate you, or having these consultants tell you how you should do your job. Outside consultant view is always valued higher then the employee.
Cons
Last two years the company has struggled and any perks have been eliminated unless you're an executive. Perks like team successes are met with no celebrations or team bonding. There is no money for training or employee improvements. There is no upward mobility as managers stay put. When there is finallycan open leadership job it goes to those who identify as diverse.
