Pros
The culture used to care about people and the owners were generous. But in the past two years the culture is gone. It still pays well but now with all the lay offs and no prioritization you have to do the job of 3 people.
Cons
The ceo talks a good game but has been unable to deliver his vision so has been rapidly losing the faith of the employees. The company is filled with clueless leaders who just keep making irrational changes and not able to deliver results. HR certainly is the worst of any company - you can expect zero support from them. They just keeps promoting their own with no clue how to justify the layoffs changes in other departments. No work life balance, no decision making and no job security.
