Fine company to work at but concerning future outlook - Analyst Amway Employee Review

Amway used to be a premier employer in GR, however over the years their reputation has become tarnished with concerns over MLM industry practices and individual politics of the founding families. Selling Amway has now become the punchline of jokes in the US, and its only a matter of time before that sentiment grows globally. If I was a current employee I would be worried about the companies future growth potential and if their business model is even sustainable.
