Went from family feel to cut-throat - Group Leader Amway Employee Review

This company was once great and had a fine culture but has degraded particularly in the past few years. Leadership suffers from halo complex; opportunities for growth limited if you fall outside the popularity circle. Leadership sends mixed messages about expectations and criteria for success it's like trying to hit a moving target. All decisions have to be made unanimously, it stifles progress and speed for action, and takes away one's autonomy to take decisive action.
