Management frequently lacks an understanding of employee workloads and challenges, resulting in unrealistic expectations and poor decision-making. Training and onboarding are inadequate, with many employees expected to perform at a high level without the proper guidance or support. Rather than being set up for success, employees are often left to figure things out on their own and are then held accountable for mistakes that could have been avoided with better training.
