They need to listen to the people that actually do the work, not the managers that have no idea what's going on. Stop using fear as a way to silence the employees from speaking the truth. Stop the favoritism. They eliminated an entire shift and had to choice between 2 supervisors, one that knew how to run, tear down, clean and set up the department and the other only knew how to run. Which one do you think they went for? The first? Nah, that would make sense. Instead they choose a lazy arrogant supervisor that barely shows up or can't stay to finish out the shift. Talk about favorites. You ask us to help out other departments, people and even cross train but then when someone does they get told to stop because they aren't paying them to work in another department even when that other department is paying them to help. Economy is rough and everyone is trying to make a living, stop trying to make us feel bad for wanted more time and money so we can pay the bills. This isn't a family company. I wouldn't treat my family this way.
