Extraordinary group of devoted people, and a pretty serious devotion to do good in the world. Kind, supportive, authentic culture with good productive feedback.

Some (historical) disconnect between a successful business model, the executive team, and the general population. I hear its better now, post bankruptcy. Some tolerance for dead-beat employees and harsh managers brings down the otherwise awesome vibe.
