Pros

Great benefits Good pay Terrific mission Some amazing brands

Cons

Chief people officer takes no accountability for the low morale and places blame on teams as opposed to CFO and CEO Unreasonable revenue targets so you hardly make a bonus and when you do at a low % you are supposed to feel grateful???? CEO overspends and CFO has zero control so there is continued cash flow issues and blame is placed on brands who were never given clear targets to begin with.
