      Preferable company to stay for longer tenure.Best HR support available 24/7 . After my resignation I was introduced to an new HRBP, she made me feel comfortable at times even when things doesn’t work well with my manager. She took the situation so well and resolved the things.

      Management should consider all employees equally even it’s manager

      Pros

      Best thing about Amzur Technologies is they give lot of importance to every employees, treat them very good and support them in all aspects. When it comes to training, Amzur provides best in class and they give ample of time to employees to learn and understand the concepts.Its been close to two years in Amzur and few of the best things are flexibility, work culture and integrity.

      Nothing specific just need to be the same.
