Pros
Fun to be able to see production but that's where the fun stops. Some remote work during transitioning to new building was nice but overall a deflating balloon experience.
Cons
Misled into role by HQ recruiter. Described past roles and was told yes this will be the same then started role and everyone called the role a Program Manager. Told there was going to be a bonus and then no one could give me a straight answer if I was actually getting one. Terrible training program with fellow team members not wanting to be a part of the training but no one else knows how to do it.
