Pros
Decent amount of PTO for seniority and good healthcare benefits compared to other companies Easy work that isn't too physically demanding, once you get the hang of it all You don't even be *that* good at what you do, as long as you continue to show up and have a few brain cells, you're hired!
Cons
High turnover rate of ex cons, junkies, and unqualified idiots, lots of accidents/near misses, and unsafe driving practices, most of which aren't noted. Very poor training and zero accountability across the board, and workplace favouritism causing new hires to not receive the attention they should get, perpetuating the hell that it is to try and stay afloat of the demands of day to day sales order fulfillment. The night shift warehouse workers do hardly anything, leaving every morning a scramble to complete what should've been done the night before on top of everything else.
