Beautiful mountain setting with great views

Cons

Just getting to work is a pain. You have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for a shuttle to the top of the mountain. And leaving at night is the same - wait on employee van to get you down the mountain after clocking out. People are always late to work and late getting off.. The general manager doesn’t hear concerns or complaints and her team is very clique. If you’re in good graces with management, you will be fine working here. The moment there is an issue, watch out. Problems get pushed under the rug.

Benefits were okay. Starting pay is okay.

This is the WORST job i ever worked at. I can deal with the annoying cliques, hours etc but the HR is horrible. I was fearful of my daily life at this job because they allowed sexual predators to keep working. When reporting sexual harassment the men would get a “good talking to” even if employees feared for their safety. Didn’t wanna fire them because no one else wanted to work for the company.
