Pros
The environment is beautiful. Lots of staff due to multiple departments and begins to feel like a little community. Lots of local perks to attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. High Volume=Days go by fast. If you hang in long enough you will see a full rotation of the entire mountain so you will be next in line for promotion.... not by skill, work ethic, or even knowledge of your job, but by tenure alone. *Does not mean more $$
Cons
The owners are out of touch. Money seems to be the driving factor. Unfufilled raises that were due and left up to the employee to beg their upper managment who really never really seems to care, says they pass it on then never do. Lack of product. Literally run out of Cups! CUPS! Daily! During the slow months they nitpick so your supply is constantly running out, they let go of majority of the park in January so come march the staff that are there will get "burn out." A constant problem with good staff. I've watched owner belittle staff, get drunk, touch and harass members of staff over small items. The owners also set feeders so you constantly have to deal with bears.
