      People at the local site were amazing

      Cons

      Director tends to micro-manage, very perfectionist, heavily focuses on mistakes, no celebration of wins (whether small or big) You have to know how to play politics if you want to move up Company rewards good work with more work without bump in title or salary

      Pros

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
