      Expose to wide array of product portfolios from the most simplest to the complex, from the legacy to the newest devices, shows ADI's ever evolving capabilities. ADI's top management leaders are also good in terms of balancing the business.

      Cons

      Legacy product support from BU is okay at best.

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
