Pros
Nice people, not pressured work, nice environment, best place if you´re already at top management, nice recreational place, ample time for rest.
Cons
very low yearly increase, promotion is according to a system (bell curve) which requires number fitting. does not necessary mean that if you´re above good you´re promoted. the salary is nice but if not enough to be categorized as for lifetime.
