Toxic work environment, no career path/growth for individuals, Heavy office politics and polarized culture. Very bad place for high achievers and young motivated engineers who cares about their work. Blunt discrimination against new employees and employees coming from certain country of origin. HRs are mostly off site and are totally in bed with the local middle managers.
