Pros
Decent benefits and great co-workers. Good place for recent graduates to gain experience.
Cons
IMO: It has become too big through mergers/acquisitions, and the various company cultures clash. Employees are treated like just a number. Loyalty and years of service are not rewarded. It seems like there are layoffs on a regular basis, unfortunately.
