Pros
Great People, though many of the best are leaving and many really high value people get laid off to make numbers after acquisitions. Good work life balance
Cons
Culture only exists in bubbles of great people -- poor transparency. Poor integrity in HR matters and communication. Antiquated views on remote work. Most of the employees I know have very little trust in senior management and the company's commitment to their future. The culture was strong a decade ago, but with each acquisition and layoff the company seems to lose a bit of its soul.
