Company has cool projects but constantly short handed on projects leading to burn out - Software Engineer Analog Devices Employee Review

Really poor compensation compared to the going market rate. They throw these bonuses at you like a carrot on a stick but the goal posts are always moving and base compensation is lack luster. No opportunity for growth long term They try to promote diversity and inclusion but it's a pipe dream. They give us Juneteenth off but not MLK (MAKES NO SENSE)
