No Diversity at the Wilmington Facility - Anonymous employee Analog Devices Employee Review

After being employed for a year and hearing about DEI, I had to stop and look around to see where there is diversity in the ranks. If diversity is a hallmark then it would be in manufacturing as i have yet to see people of color in marketing or sales. There are a few people of color in sales but. i listened to the integration video and it was hard for the CEO to talk about DEI. It is 2022 and companies say they are on board but this is one that has a long way to go.
