      Great pay and benefits. Some really great managers

      They devastated the Maxim Integrated leadership on the merger. All the greatness that made Maxim great is gone. If you work hard and achieve a higher level status, there is a chance to get cut if not part of the good club.

      Pros

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
