- Very little communication with management, went without a meeting with manager for months. Manager not easily reachable. - unrealistic workload, no rewards - poor leadership - Very bad immigration attorney - applications to USCIS went into audits. Poor commincation skills. Management very adamant on using the same immigration attorney even after so many audits.
