Cons
For sales the nebulous 'connected planning' value proposition is difficult to articulate and much cheaper competitors are closing the technical gap quickly. The real challenge is sales leadership. From CRO to AVP to RVP it has been a revolving door. Each new executive brings their own GTM strategy and when they get turned over 12 or 18 months later it's back to the drawing board. Can be very frustrating. Also the vast majority of AE's not attached to premier geographies are not making any commissions.
