Pros

There are decent benefits and PTO. Commuting tax break, if you get your clipper card through the company. There is parking in the building for $100/mo. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is provided Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. I received a Christmas bonus, which I am still grateful for! The Guadalupe River Park is right behind the building for a nice, scenic walk if you need a break.

Cons

Unless you live with a roommate, the pay won't get you by. The morale is really low for numerous reasons. There is no transparency in this company what so ever and it permeates through the entire production. You could work on something and you might not hear how it ended up until there are public media pictures of it. You have no idea what else is really going on in the company, meaning all the fruits of your labor, you never really get to celebrate. You just move from one release onto the next. There is a locked down firewall and you need a password to install/uninstall. There are security cameras furthering the idea that you are not trusted (or valued), you are simply just an employee, rather than a team member of any value. The software is very clunky and thrown together. The software needs to be given a revamp by software devs. Far too much time is spent finding alternative ways to complete tasks that can be better implemented in the first place. There was insufficient notice (2 days) when switching the company benefits to a new package. This same employee also emailed highly sensitive information to the entire company. She also did not properly file away employee's paperwork and had to avoid an audit.

Pros

Working at Anatomage has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my professional career. From day one, it was clear that this company was built on an incredible vision and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in education and healthcare. Every day, I leave work knowing that what we do truly makes a difference in the lives of students, educators, and future healthcare professionals. One of the things that stands out most about Anatomage is its leadership. The leadership team genuinely cares about its employees and goes above and beyond to support their success. My SDR Manager, Daniel, is one of the best leaders I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. He invests time in coaching, mentoring, and helping his team grow professionally. Since joining the company, I’ve learned invaluable sales skills and developed a level of passion and confidence that has made me excited to come to work every day. The company culture is second to none. Anatomage invests heavily in its employees and creates an environment where people can thrive. Even small things, such as providing catered lunches every day, demonstrate how much the company values its team. It’s a level of care and appreciation that I’ve never experienced elsewhere. Another thing I’ve noticed is the outstanding reputation Anatomage has within the education industry. Everywhere I look, educators and institutions speak highly of the company and its products. It’s easy to feel proud representing an organization that is so respected and whose products are making a real impact on learning outcomes. If you’re looking for a company with a strong mission, exceptional leadership, a supportive culture, and meaningful work, Anatomage is an incredible place to build a career. -Jesse

Cons

None at all, a great work environment.

Pros

Company is growing. There are many opportunities to change positions or move up. I haven’t interact much with the CEO but he seems thoughtful. Management cares a lot about product quality which results in innovative products. Strategies and products can change quickly, I see it as part of the fast paced environment. Lunch, drinks and coffee are provided!

Cons

PTO is very low. It starts at 10 days for remote or 15 days for onsite. No sick days. Some people can be overly negative.
