Very committed and dedicated employees who drink the koolaid

Cons

This company is a joke. Leadership is clueless, with a CEO who has no grasp of the business, no vision, and no plan beyond “grow at any cost.” It’s run entirely by men with zero real diversity in senior roles, and they like it that way. The work environment is biased, disorganized, and toxic. Over 90% of employees are based in India, and anyone outside of that bubble is ignored. The 4.5-star rating on here is completely fake. Dozens of suspiciously timed 5-star reviews were dumped in short bursts to cover up what's actually happening inside. It's dishonest, manipulative, and insulting to anyone who’s experienced the truth.

Incredible opportunities with data architecture with highly in depth technical leadership all open to new ideas and ready to help others. Some of the most brilliant people I've worked with since my tenure at KPMG multiple times. That and the application of AI correctly has made a huge impact for clients! People are always warm and welcoming in all the offices :)

Cons

I wasn't expecting to be a project manager for the work I'm doing but honestly I really enjoy architecture, neck deep in coding alongside my team, and being a PM. It's a great opportunity and I know not every engagement is like it. It does take some extra time though ;)
