Pros

Would never work there again. The only good thing was working remotely.

Cons

Company has unethical billing practices that anger many customers. If you enjoy talking to angry people on the phone this is the job for you. Ancestry doesn't care about their customers or their employees, especially at entry level positions. I also got 1 raise in 3 years which is crap no matter how you look at it.

Pros

Great company culture, supportive team, smooth onboarding process, strong career stability, and meaningful work. My interview experience was very positive, and the recruiting and onboarding teams were helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the process.

Cons

There is always a learning curve when joining a new company, especially while understanding internal systems and processes, but the team has been very supportive.
