      Lots of office politics and favoritism, procedures and assignments change randomly and unexpectedly, feedback or input from admin staff is not requested or is ignored when given, offered $12,000 less as annual full-time salary when switching from temp to permanent, lack of understanding on how different offices work, inconsistency regarding roles and expectations, poor communication

      good work life balance which is rare. No audit practice therefore tax dominate and controls direction of the firm.
